Apartment in Edelweiss House

The apartment is located in the residential complex EDELWEISS HOUSE - a residential complex in the Pecherskyii district of Kiev city. Buildings with stylish and modern design, from the windows of which there is a magnificent views of the city center, park areas, the Motherland monument and the picturesque slopes of the Dnieper river.

Objectives of the project

The owners of the apartment - it is a bachelor who made the apartment clearly understanding his rhythm of life and realizing his needs:

To achieve the creation of competent zoning of space, which will be convenient and comfortable for everyday life.
Develop a concept that meets the wishes of the customer, his lifestyle.
Combine the technological and aesthetic vision of the project.
Create a comfortable lounge area for leisure.

Layout

When designing, we took into account and developed a design project in accordance with the requirements of the customer, while taking into account the aesthetic and technical characteristics. We placed general premises on the first floor, and a private space on the second floor, in which all partitions are made of glass to create the effect of open space.

Concept

The use of wood in the interior had a special idea, since natural material has many advantages: it is environmentally friendly and durable, as well as aesthetically pleasing and easily combined with almost all textures. The project maintains balance and symmetry, which give the apartments a special style.

Common space

According to the project, the apartments have a spacious kitchen-dinner, in which the dining room is intelligently zoned from the lounge area, separated by a kitchen island. We also paid special attention to the green area, which was located under the stairs.

Personal space

The organization of personal space is made taking into account all the wishes of the customer. The bedroom was designed using materials of different textures, ceilings of different levels and smart curtains. The bathroom continues the general theme of the apartment and is made in light colors with the addition of wood elements.

Summary

We have used every centimeter of space as efficiently as possible and created an unforgettable atmosphere with the latest technological trends in the world of interiors. All areas are well-planned and, in general, the concept of the project is equipped with an emphasis on comfort.
