Duplex apartment

The apartment is located in the residential complex DESNA on the last floor, and also has the last floor - attic. The location and territory of this complex is very pleasant and pine trees grow all around, so it seems that you live in your own private house, and not in a residential complex.
Objectives of the project
The owners of the apartment are a young and active married couple who bought an apartment and immediately ordered a design project, although they planned to start repairs in a year.
A year later, the customers looked at the project again, which we completed and they wanted to change it a little, so we began to develop a new version of this apartment. You can see the final version that was implemented below.
The apartment is small in size, only 82sqm (it must be taken into account that this is a 2 levels, and the second floor is an attic + part of the area will be taken by a staircase), we managed to accommodate everything necessary according to the requirements of customers. On the first floor there is a common space - a kitchen-dinner room, a bathroom and a small one, and on the second there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room.
The basic concept was based on the principle of using non-standard solutions in every room to create quality space in every corner of the apartment. The main room is the kitchen-dinner room, in which it was important for us to preserve a beautiful panoramic view from the window without covering it with furniture, and to work out all possible scenarios for using this room.

Bedroom and dressing room
With the help of many selections and rearrangements of ideas, solutions, materials and shades, we managed to achieve a result that completely satisfied the owners of the apartment and us. Each room is thought out to the smallest detail, which made it possible to make the necessary zoning and furnish so that the owners of the apartment feel as comfortable and cosy as possible in their home.
